After earning a Bachelor's degree in
journalism from Indiana University, Jody
worked in television for 7 years. Former
employers include MTV Networks, ABC Sports,
the Walt Disney Company, and ESPN. She's
hung out in the pits at the Indianapolis 500
(while cars whizzed by dangerously.) She's
worked thousands of grueling hours in local
news covering elections and fires to
precipitation of all kinds and in freezing
temperatures. With a camera strapped to her
shoulder, she's chased people down in
parking lots asking for opinions of gas
prices, interest rates and Iraq. Her
coverage of Hurricanes Dennis, Floyd and
Irene even appeared on CNN. Jody is also a
newspaper columnist for the Toledo Free
Press and is a licensed Realtor in Ohio and
Michigan.
Jody lives with her cat, Ted. Together
they enjoy watching CNN, American Idol and
24 with no interruptions. |
